Throughout my sessions, I was able to receive valuable advice, activities and tasks to better understand my situation, and tools to help better my life and my situation. Mrs. Hamilton is very motivational. Throughout the sessions, she is very supportive in listening to what you're going through, she offers her expertise and cares for her clients. I started my sessions in early May while going through one of the worst, traumatic times of my life. I was able to meet with Mrs. Hamilton bi-weekly, as she would give assignments for me to think about my personal life, my career, and my future. Some weeks, progress was great, and I felt amazing. Some weeks, life would take its toil and I would feel more depressed and let down. Mrs. Hamilton continued to lift me, even when I thought I wasn't making progress. She helped me to find the purpose in every situation, good and bad. I finished my 7th sessions in early August, and I was able to reflect on how much progress was actually made. I was so hurt, broken, and weak in the beginning sessions, and now I have never felt more uplifted, motivated, and driven to continue on in life and press through! I can't wait to see what else life has in store. I now have tools to deal with situations that may be rough and it's because of Jackie!

The coaching services I received from Jackie Hamilton were phenomenal!! Jackie has a unique way of pulling out the positive in every situation.
